Rear Extension and Loft Conversion - Sevenoaks

This run down bungalow was left empty for a year and was in need of modernising. We were able to obtain planning permission for raising the height of the roof as well as a hip to gable to both sides to create a loft conversion with a rear dormer. A single-story rear extension and attached side garage extension was also approved.
