Planning permission was obtained for a 5 bedroom detached house in the garden of an existing residential dwelling. There were various historic refused planning applications including a refused appeal for smaller proposals. JAGMA were able to create a completely new design to overcome all planning issues to achieve the planning permission the client wanted.
3D concept images were produced as well as a Virtual Reality(VR) design review with the client to ensure that the layout for the proposed house was exactly how the client envisioned it.
The client benefited vastly by being able to walk around the VR model before any building work commenced.
