First Floor and Rear Extension - Sidcup

Planning permission was obtained to convert this chalet style property in Sidcup by extending to the side on the first floor as well as a single story rear infill extension. This transformed this 3-bedroom house into a well-proportioned 4-bedroom house one with an en-suite. A large kitchen/dining room was also added.

In this instance we were involved in assisting with a minor refurbishment to help the client sell the property to allow them to downsize. Adding the approved planning permission helped as a positive selling point and resulted in the property being sold within one week of it going on the market.

 

We managed to achieve £50,000 more than what the estate agent originally valued the property.
